Data We May Collect

• Account data such as name, email, login provider, and authentication identifiers.
• Subscription and access data such as plan, product, status, start date, cancellation date, and entitlement history.
• Support data such as messages, attachments, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram contact details you provide.
• Technical data such as IP-derived country if a payment or security provider supplies it, device data, logs, cookie choices, and analytics events.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide accounts, subscriptions, downloads, content access, applications, games, support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and site improvement.

We do not sell personal data. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only after consent where required.

Authentication Providers and Passwords

JustAidyn may use third-party authentication providers, including Google OAuth and Microsoft authentication, to create and access accounts. We receive authentication identifiers and basic profile information needed to operate the account, such as name and email where provided by the authentication provider.

JustAidyn does not receive or store your Google or Microsoft password. Password entry, verification, multi-factor authentication, and password recovery are handled by the relevant authentication provider.

You are responsible for keeping your authentication provider account, devices, and active sessions secure. If you share your provider account, device, browser session, or access token with another person, that person may be able to access your JustAidyn account.

Payments

Payment details are processed by external payment providers. JustAidyn should receive only payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and limited billing metadata needed to provide access, accounting, support, and legal compliance.

Account Deletion and Data Removal

When you delete your JustAidyn account, the following happens to your data:

• Profile data: Your name, email, profile fields, and authentication identifiers are removed from our active user database.
• Sessions: All active sessions are terminated and session tokens are deleted.
• Subscription link: The internal record linking your account to a subscription is removed. Your subscription is also cancelled automatically at the end of the current billing period where supported by the payment provider.
• Payment provider records: Halyk Bank Epay and related acquiring/payment systems retain their own billing records, transaction history, and customer data in accordance with their privacy rules and applicable financial record-keeping law. JustAidyn does not control payment-provider data retention.
• Re-registration: If you create a new account with the same credentials after deletion, it is a new account with no connection to the deleted account. Prior subscription status is not restored.

If you want to delete your data without deleting your account, contact us and we will review the request under the applicable regional rights described below.

Children's Privacy

JustAidyn paid subscriptions are not directed to children under 13. If a service is used by minors, a parent, legal guardian, school, or authorized adult should supervise access where required by law.

If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review deletion or account restriction requests.
